The ten mukhi rudraksha is a symbol of Lord Vishnu and the ten incarnations. The ten directions also relate to this.
This Rudraksha is helpful in all respiratory diseases, cough, cold and asthma, if taken with milk.
It should be worn after reciting the mantra.

it is also like Ganesha. There is no doubt about this.
Lord Kalagnirudra said: The bead with ten faces is of the form of the ten Yamas means used by Yogins and the devotee wearing it
attains the grace of achieving peace of the mind.
